Strandläufernest is a youth tent camp operated by the Protestant Church in Northern Germany (Nordkirche) on the southern part of Sylt island, close to Hörnum on the Wadden Sea side. This group-oriented camping facility opens from early May to mid-September and accommodates groups of up to 110 children, teenagers, and supervisors in 10 fixed sleeping tents with wooden floors, bunk beds, and mattresses.
